All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Urgent/last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may include extra charges.

Customer must provide accurate address and contact details.
Customization and Add-ons

Custom packages must be finalized at least 12 hours before the event.

Any change requests made within 12 hours of the event may not be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Decorator Assignments

A verified decorator from your area will be assigned for setup.

The decorator will arrive at the chosen time and complete the decoration as per the selected package.
Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. The final confirmation of order stays with owner . If any uncertainity occurs orders can be cancelled from our side and if we cancels the order full amount will be refunded.
Delivery Time & Shipping Charges

Delivery may vary based on location and courier service. Standard delivery times is 7-9 business days.
