Booking & Shipping Policy

Booking Policy :

  • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 

  • Urgent/last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may include extra charges.

  • Customer must provide accurate address and contact details.

Customization and Add-ons

  • Custom packages must be finalized at least 12 hours before the event.

  • ​Any change requests made within 12 hours of the event may not be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Decorator Assignments

  •  A verified decorator from your area will be assigned for setup.

  • ​The decorator will arrive at the chosen time and complete the decoration as per the selected package.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. The final confirmation of order stays with owner . If any uncertainity occurs orders can be cancelled from our side and if we cancels the order full amount will be refunded.

Delivery Time & Shipping Charges

  • Delivery may vary based on location and courier service. Standard delivery times is 7-9 business days.

  • ​Charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and order value.
