2. Booking Policy : 

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.- Urgent/last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may include extra charges.- Customer must provide accurate address and contact details.

 

3. Customization and Add-ons : 

Custom packages must be finalized at least 12 hours before the event.- Any change requests made within 12 hours of the event may not be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

 

4. Decorator Assignments : 

A verified decorator from your area will be assigned for setup.- The decorator will arrive at the chosen time and complete the decoration as per theselected package.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities :

Ensure someone is available at the venue during the decoration time.- Electricity, stool/ladder, and other basic access requirements must be arranged by the customer if needed.- Customers must not damage decoration materials intentionally during or after the setup.

 

6. Photography and Promotion :

By booking our services, you agree to allow us to use photos of the decoration setup (without personal/family photos) for marketing and portfolio purposes unless explicitly informed otherwise in writing.

 

7. Liability :

We are not responsible for any damage or loss arising out of delays caused by uncontrollable events like weather, traffic, etc.- We are not liable for any accidents or injuries during or after the decoration is completed.
