At Kiwi Party, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and quality party supplies, decoration kits, gifting items, balloons, candles, return gifts, and celebration essentials through our quick commerce platform.
This Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel orders, request refunds, replacements, exchanges, or report damaged/defective products purchased through www.kiwiparty.in or our app/platform.
1. Return / Exchange Window
For eligible products, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If 14 days have passed from the date of purchase, the customer will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
However, for quick commerce, same-day delivery, event-based products, and party supplies, return eligibility may be limited depending on product type, condition, and usage.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for return or exchange:
The product must be unused
The product must be in the same condition as received
The product must be in original packaging
All tags, labels, accessories, and product parts must be intact
The customer must provide bill/invoice/order proof
Photo/video proof may be required for damaged, defective, or wrong product claims
Returned products will be accepted only after quality inspection by Kiwi Party or the concerned supplier.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
Certain products may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to hygiene, usage, event-based nature, customization, or quick commerce delivery.
Non-returnable items may include:
Used balloons
Inflated balloons
Opened decoration kits
Used party props
Used candles
Used party poppers
Customized products
Personalized printed products
Made-to-order products
Theme-based custom kits
Products damaged after delivery
Sale / clearance products
Festival offer products
Products with damaged packaging caused by customer
Products ordered by mistake
Products with minor color/design variation
Products marked as Non-Returnable or Final Sale at the time of purchase will not be eligible for return or exchange.
4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If the customer receives a damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product, the issue must be reported to Kiwi Party customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
For quick commerce or same-day delivery orders, we recommend reporting the issue immediately after delivery.
Customer must share:
Order number
Product photo
Unboxing video, if available
Damage/defect photo
Packaging photo
Delivery proof
Short explanation of the issue
After verification, Kiwi Party may offer:
Replacement
Exchange
Store credit
Partial refund
Full refund, if applicable
Replacement, exchange, or refund will be approved only after verification and quality check.
5. Product Not as Expected
If the product received is not as shown on the website/app or not as per your expectation, the customer must inform our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
Our team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Please note that minor variation in color, shade, size, design, packaging, print, finish, or product appearance may happen due to screen display, lighting, photography, supplier batch, or manufacturing difference. Such minor variations will not be treated as defects.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
However, for quick commerce and fast delivery orders, cancellation may not be allowed if:
The supplier has accepted the order
The product packing has started
The order is assigned to delivery partner
The order is out for delivery
The product has already been dispatched
The customized product is under preparation
The order has been communicated to the seller/vendor
The product is specially arranged for the customer
For quick delivery orders, cancellation window may be very short because orders are processed immediately.
7. Cancellation After Processing
If the order is already processed, packed, dispatched, or out for delivery, cancellation may not be accepted.
In such cases, the customer may reject the product at the doorstep only if allowed by Kiwi Party support.
However, refund/replacement will be provided only if the customer proves that the product delivered was damaged, defective, wrong, or not in acceptable quality condition.
8. Refund Policy
Refund may be applicable in the following cases:
Order cancelled by Kiwi Party
Product unavailable after payment
Payment deducted but order not confirmed
Wrong product delivered and verified
Damaged/defective product delivered and verified
Missing product from order and verified
Approved cancellation before processing
Return accepted after quality check
Refund may not be applicable in the following cases:
Customer provided wrong address
Customer was unavailable at delivery time
Customer refused delivery without valid reason
Product was used or opened
Packaging was damaged by customer
Complaint was raised after allowed time
Product was damaged after delivery
Customized product was prepared
Sale product was purchased
Minor color/design variation
Event time passed due to customer-side delay
9. Refund Processing Time
Once the refund is approved by Happy Poppers / Kiwi Party, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
After refund processing, the amount may be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the bank, UPI provider, wallet, card issuer, or payment gateway.
Total refund timeline may vary due to banking or payment gateway delays.
10. Replacement / Exchange Timeline
For approved damaged, defective, replacement, or exchange cases, the replacement product may be delivered within 7 to 10 working days, depending on stock availability, customer location, supplier confirmation, and logistics availability.
For quick commerce areas, we may try to provide faster replacement where possible.
11. Return Pickup / Reverse Logistics
Return pickup may be available only in selected serviceable areas.
If return pickup is not available, the customer may be required to send the product back to Kiwi Party or the concerned supplier through courier/transport.
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is verified as damaged, defective, wrong, or missing due to Kiwi Party/supplier error.
12. Sale / Offer Products
Products purchased during sale, clearance, festive offer, combo offer, special discount, or liquidation sale may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the product is received damaged, defective, or wrong.
Sale product return eligibility will be mentioned at the time of purchase wherever applicable.
13. Warranty Products
For products that come with manufacturer warranty, customers must contact the manufacturer or authorized service provider directly.
Kiwi Party may assist with warranty guidance, but warranty approval, repair, replacement, or service will be governed by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
14. Customer Responsibility
Customers must:
Check product details before placing order
Provide correct delivery address
Be available to receive order
Check products immediately after delivery
Keep original packaging for return/exchange
Share correct proof for complaint
Not use the product before raising return request
Not misuse refund or exchange policy
False claims, fake damage reports, repeated cancellations, or misuse of refund policy may result in order rejection, account restriction, or legal action.
15. Final Decision
All return, refund, exchange, cancellation, damage, defective, and replacement requests are subject to verification by Kiwi Party, Happy Poppers, supplier, or delivery partner.
The final decision will be taken by Kiwi Party based on product condition, proof submitted, order status, supplier confirmation, and policy terms.
