Refund & Exchange Policy
Exchange :
You can Only Return your product if you get wrong size or Different Colour From your ordered.
We are always sending you products after checking properly but still if any mistakes happen and you got any defective product from us and we captured it in our CCTV OR Your Product Opening Video then you can return or exchange products. For service, decor will be done as per discussion with clients and the package they have selected where every details is mentioned properly.
In these cases no shipping charge will be charged to Customers .
Cancellation by Customer :
- Cancellation 48 hours before the event: 100% refund
- Cancellation 24-48 hours before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event: No refund
Modification in Booking
- Customers can modify the date/time up to 24 hours before the event, subject to availability.
- Modifications within 24 hours are not guaranteed and non-refundable.
Cancellation by Company
- In case of decorator unavailability or unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the booking with full refund or offer rescheduling.
No Show Policy
-If the customer is unavailable at the time of decoration and unresponsive for 30 minutes, the booking is marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
