❗ Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that:

The address is correct
The phone number is reachable
Someone is available to receive the order
Payment is completed where required
Delivery instructions are clearly shared
Products are checked immediately after delivery

If the customer is unavailable, does not answer calls, provides wrong address, refuses delivery, or delays receiving the order, the order may be marked as failed, cancelled, or delivered as per delivery partner update.

Extra delivery charges or cancellation charges may apply in such cases.

Customers must check the order immediately after receiving it.

For any damaged, missing, or wrong product, the customer must report the issue immediately with clear photo/video proof.

Packaging is opened and damaged by customer

Product is damaged after delivery
Balloons are inflated or used
Decoration items are already installed

For orders outside quick delivery areas or for bulk B2B orders, Kiwi Party may arrange transport or parcel dispatch.

In such cases, customers may need to:

Once goods are handed over to transporter/courier, delivery time and handling depend on the transport company.

⚠️ Delay & Risk

Kiwi Party will try its best to deliver orders on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Traffic
Rain or weather
Rider shortage
Supplier delay
Wrong address
Customer not reachable
Festival rush
Transport delay
Government restriction
Force majeure situation

For third-party transport or courier delivery, risk may transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the logistics partner.
