At Kiwi Party, we are committed to providing a smooth, secure, and convenient payment experience for customers ordering party supplies, decoration kits, gifting items, balloons, candles, return gifts, and celebration essentials through our quick commerce platform.

This Payment Policy explains the terms and conditions related to payments made on our website/app: www.kiwiparty.in

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We may accept the following payment options:

Payment methods may vary depending on order type, location, delivery speed, platform availability, and payment gateway support.

2. Payment Confirmation

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

For online payments, payment confirmation is subject to approval from the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, or wallet service.

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers should contact Kiwi Party support with payment proof, transaction ID, and registered mobile number.

3. Full Payment Requirement

For most quick commerce orders, full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

Full payment is required for:

Quick delivery orders
Same-day delivery orders
Scheduled delivery orders
Small retail orders
Party decoration kits
Balloons and celebration items
Gifting and return gift items

For bulk, wholesale, customized, or B2B orders, advance payment or partial payment may be allowed only with prior approval from Kiwi Party.

4. Cash on Delivery / Pay on Delivery

Cash on Delivery or Pay on Delivery may be available only in selected locations and for selected order values.

Kiwi Party reserves the right to enable, disable, approve, or reject COD orders based on:

Customer location
Order value
Past order history
Product type
Delivery partner availability
Risk verification
Operational feasibility

COD may not be available for customized products, bulk orders, high-value orders, or festival rush orders.

5. Payment for Quick Commerce Orders

Quick commerce orders are prepared and dispatched quickly from nearby suppliers, local stock points, or partner warehouses.

Therefore, once the order is accepted and processing starts, payment cancellation may not be possible.

For fast delivery orders, customers must ensure:

Correct product selection
Correct quantity
Correct address
Correct mobile number
Payment completion
Availability to receive delivery

If the customer cancels after order processing, packing, or delivery partner assignment, cancellation charges may apply.

6. Secure Payment Processing

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Payment transactions may be protected using SSL encryption and standard security systems provided by the payment gateway.

Kiwi Party does not store sensitive card details such as CVV, full card number, UPI PIN, net banking password, or OTP.

Customers should never share OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, or banking password with anyone.

7. Third-Party Payment Gateway

Kiwi Party may use trusted payment gateways or payment service providers for payment processing.

Payment success, failure, pending status, refund status, or chargeback may depend on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, or wallet company.

Kiwi Party shall not be responsible for technical failure, delay, downtime, or error caused by third-party payment systems, but we will assist customers in resolving payment-related issues wherever possible.

8. Payment Failure

Payment may fail due to:

Bank server issue
UPI timeout
Wrong OTP or PIN
Insufficient balance
Payment gateway failure
Internet issue
Transaction limit issue
Card restriction
App or bank downtime

If payment fails, the order may not be confirmed.

Customers may retry payment or contact support if money is deducted but the order is not created.

9. Payment Deducted but Order Not Confirmed

If the payment amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers must share:

Registered mobile number
Payment screenshot
Transaction ID / UTR number
Payment date and time
Amount paid
Bank/UPI/payment app details

After verification, Kiwi Party may confirm the order or initiate refund as applicable.

Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway, bank, or UPI provider.

10. Pricing, GST & Charges

Product prices listed on the platform may include or exclude GST as shown on the product page or checkout page.

Additional charges may include:

Delivery charges
Packing charges
Platform fee
Convenience fee
Handling charges
Fast delivery charges
Surge charges during high demand
Transport or parcel charges for bulk orders

The final payable amount will be shown before payment confirmation.

Kiwi Party reserves the right to change prices, charges, offers, discounts, and payment terms at any time.

11. Payment for Bulk / Wholesale Orders

For bulk, wholesale, B2B, customized, or large quantity orders, Kiwi Party may require advance payment.

Advance payment terms may depend on:

Order value
Product type
Customization requirement
Stock arrangement
Packing requirement
Dispatch location
Customer relationship
Business agreement

The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Orders may not be dispatched until full payment or agreed payment is received.

12. Customized Product Payment

Customized products may include personalized decoration items, printed products, theme kits, customized banners, special color combinations, event-specific products, or made-to-order items.

For customized products:

Advance payment may be compulsory
Cancellation may not be allowed after production starts
Refund may not be available once customization is done
Full payment may be required before dispatch

Customers must carefully check design, spelling, size, color, and order details before approval.

13. Cancellation & Refund Payment Terms

If an eligible order is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, refund may be processed as per our Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy.

Refund may be given in case of:

Payment received but order not confirmed
Product unavailable
Order cancelled by Kiwi Party
Wrong product delivered and verified
Damaged product delivered and reported on time
Approved cancellation before processing

Refund may not be given in case of:

Customer wrong address
Customer unavailable
Customer refuses delivery
Product already dispatched
Product used or opened
Customized product prepared
Minor color/design variation
Late complaint after delivery
Event date/time already passed due to customer delay

14. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take approximately 7–10 business days to reflect in the customer’s original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on:

Bank
UPI provider
Wallet company
Payment gateway
Card issuer
Public holidays
Technical issues

Kiwi Party may also offer wallet credit, store credit, replacement, or adjustment against future orders where applicable.

15. Chargeback & Payment Dispute

If a customer raises a chargeback or payment dispute with the bank/payment provider without informing Kiwi Party, the order may be kept on hold until the dispute is resolved.

Kiwi Party reserves the right to share order details, delivery proof, invoice, customer communication, and payment records with the payment gateway or bank for dispute resolution.

16. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and the platform, Kiwi Party may verify suspicious orders.

Verification may be required for:

High-value orders
Multiple orders from same user
Unusual payment activity
Mismatch in billing/delivery details
Suspicious COD orders
Repeated cancellation history
Fraudulent refund claims

Kiwi Party reserves the right to cancel, hold, reject, or verify any order suspected to be fraudulent.

17. Offers, Coupons & Discounts

Offers, coupons, cashback, free delivery, membership benefits, and discounts may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Kiwi Party may modify, pause, cancel, or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.

Misuse of offers, fake accounts, repeated coupon abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

18. International Payments

Currently, Kiwi Party primarily accepts payments in Indian Rupees (INR).

International payments may not be supported unless specifically approved by Kiwi Party.

Any additional bank charges, conversion charges, or international transaction fees shall be borne by the customer.

19. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

Payment details are entered correctly
Sufficient balance is available
Correct payment method is selected
Transaction proof is saved
Order amount is verified before payment
OTP, PIN, and passwords are not shared
Payment is made only through official Kiwi Party channels

Kiwi Party will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons, fake numbers, third-party fraudsters, or unofficial payment links.
